How much does commercial junk removal cost in Vancouver?
Most commercial jobs usually start from $199, depending on how much of the truck your items fill. Large offices and buildings can need more than one load. Prices are not fixed, so send photos or book a free on site estimate.
Can you remove junk outside business hours?
Yes. We work from 7 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. Many offices and stores book us before opening, after closing or on weekends, so staff and customers are not disrupted. Tell us your building’s loading or elevator rules when you book, and we will schedule the crew around them.
Do you remove office furniture and cubicles?
Yes. We take desks, chairs, cubicle panels, filing cabinets, boardroom tables and shelving. Large pieces are taken apart on site when needed, so more fits in each load and moving them out is safer for walls and door frames. Several pieces are priced together by truck space, and we can work around business hours. See our office cleanouts section.
Do you take old computers and electronics from offices?
Yes. We take computers, monitors, printers, copiers and phones to an approved electronics drop-off depot rather than the landfill. Please wipe or remove hard drives before pickup so no company data leaves with the equipment. Electronics can go in the same load as office furniture and boxes, priced together by truck space.
Can you clear a rental unit after a tenant moves out?
Yes. We clear furniture, mattresses, appliances and bags from apartments, suites and houses, often within a day or two of the tenant leaving. You do not need to be there: access, the item list and the price are agreed in advance, and we send photos when the unit is empty. See our property management section.
Do you offer regular pickups for businesses?
Yes. We offer weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly pickups for contractors, stores, property managers and offices. Regular pickups keep back rooms, loading areas and job sites clear without renting a bin. Each pickup is priced by truck space, and the schedule can be adjusted as your volume changes. Can you send an invoice to my company or strata?
Yes. We can invoice your business, property management company or strata corporation directly. Tell us the billing name and any purchase order or unit number when you book, so the invoice matches your records. This works for one-off cleanouts and for regular scheduled pickups, and we can send completion photos with the invoice.
